In Extreme 2 you will see a number of scenes with Bethany and Kacey, both duos and solos. The video opens with the two girls racing through two cigarettes in a row to see who smokes faster (they don't smoke frantically and unnaturally, they just smoke as fast as they can while still looking natural). In another duo scene, they each smoke two at once. That's followed by solo scenes; in each one, they start with rapid smoking of one cigarette and then light a second to smoke doubles, with lots of double drags throughout. Bethany follows with another two-at-once scene.
